{"id":98,"date":"2013-06-09T07:40:54","date_gmt":"2013-06-09T07:40:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/compliancems.com.au\/?p=98"},"modified":"2013-06-09T07:40:54","modified_gmt":"2013-06-09T07:40:54","slug":"iso-22716-gmp-for-cosmetic-products-quality-management-system","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/compliancems.com.au\/?p=98","title":{"rendered":"ISO 22716 &#8211; GMP for cosmetic products (Quality Management System)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The ICCR (International Cooperation on Cosmetic Regulation) agreed to implement ISO 22716 in their respective regions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Effective 11 July 2013, a new regulation will be imposed which will ensure that cosmetic products be manufactured according to GMP (Good manufacturing Practices). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This means that there will be a global cosmetic network whereby cosmetic companies (includes importers\/exporters etc)<span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"> will be required to demonstrate compliance to this new regulation. <\/span>Cosmetic manufacturers should prepare for this new requirement in order to avoid any loss of market approval.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Companies can demonstrate compliance with this regulation by implementing <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ISO 22716 Cosmetics &#8211; <span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
